Ten Bean Blend Soup

Ingredients

• 1# ham steaks
• 2 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 medium red onion, chopped
• 2 medium stalks of celery, chopped
• 1# of baby carrots, cut in half at an angle
• 3 Tbsp. Herb Seasoning
• 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed in irregular bit sized pieces
• 6 cups of Bean and Pea Blend, already cooked
• Stock
