Ingredients

• 1 lb. Booze Dogs’ Hot Dogs, either bourbon, gin, or rum (slice into 1-inch pieces)
• 1 lb. elbow macaroni
• Salt
• Pepper
• 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons all- purpose flour
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 2 cups milk
• 1 tablespoon spicy mustard
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 3 cups sharp Cheddar, shredded
