Reuben | Recipe Finder

Ingredients

• 1 pie crust -- (9 inch)
• 8 Ounces corned beef -- shredded
• 3/4 Cup sauerkraut -- drained and squeezed 2 Cups Swiss cheese -- grated
• 2 eggs -- beaten
• 1 Cup light cream
• 1 Teaspoon onion -- grated
• 1/2 Teaspoon dry mustard
• 375 degrees. Prick crust and bake for 7 minutes. Fill pie shell with corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese. Mix remaining ingredients and pour in to pie shell. Bake
