Altazaj Chicken recipe by Fatima Latib

Ingredients

• 1 chicken cut and washed
• 2 tablespoon oil
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste
• 2 teaspoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon green chillies
• 1 teaspoon grounded coriander
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• Sprinkle Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 2 dry red chillies
• 5 potatoes cut in wedges.
• Add 3 thin slices butter, 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste, Aromat (a South African Spice) to taste, garlic and lemon juice.
