Lahori Chicken recipe by Fatima Latib

Ingredients

• 1 chicken cut & washed
• ½ tin tomato puree
• 1 tablespoon chilli garlic paste
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 & ½ teaspoon chilli powder
• ¼ teaspoon tumeric
• 1 teaspoon dhana
• 1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin)
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• Little knob of butter
• 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
• 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
• 1 tablespoon crushed red chillie
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
• Add tomato 🍅 slices on top of chicken.
