Ingredients

• 225g linguine/spaghetti
• 450g frozen shelled mussel meat
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 cups milk
• 3 cloves of garlic, finely minced
• 1 large onion, finely chopped
• 60g butter
• 2 tbsp. flour, for thickening
• Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
