Ingredients

• 1 lb (450 g) mixed mushrooms, sliced
• 4 green onions, chopped
• 1 celery stalk, chopped
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 3 tbsp (45 ml) brandy or cognac
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) canned cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
• 4 cups (680 g) cooked turkey leftovers, cubed
• 1 cup (100 g) grated Gruyère cheese
• 1 cup (100 g) grated Emmental cheese
