French Toast Casserole
A sweet breakfast casserole you can make in advance and pop into the oven when you're ready. With plenty of butter and eggs too it's part nutritious and part delicious. Hope you like it.

- 1 loaf french bread
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp confectioners sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 8 large eggs
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/6 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 8 tbsp unsalted butter
