Basil Pesto Chicken Panini | My Recipe recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• 3 big pieces of fillet , flatten and slit into 2 to 3 thin layers .
• 1 teaspoon garlic paste
• ½ teaspoon green chilli
• 1 teaspoon Ina parmans chilli garlic spice ( you can add whatever spice you like )
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• Olive oil
• 1 bunch fresh basil
• ¼ cup olive oil
• Handful walnuts ( pine nuts / cashews )
• 7 garlic cloves chopped
• Salt and dash of water
• Grated mozzarella
• A panini grill , griddle or George Forman
