Greek lemon chicken with spiced butter | Lurpak®

Ingredients

• 100 g Lurpak® Slightly Salted Butter
• 1 tbsp coriander seeds, crushed
• 1 tbsp whole cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
• ½ tbsp dried oregano
• 1 kilo chicken thighs and drumsticks
• 2 whole lemons, cut into slices
• 2 large red onions, cut into wedges
• 3 large waxy potatoes, skin on and cut into 2cm chunks
• 8 garlic cloves, skin on and crushed
