Ingredients

• 5 medium-sized Russet or Idaho potatoes, sliced 1/8 inch thick
• 1 stick of salted butter, melted
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
• 1/4 cup oregano, finely chopped
• 1 1/2 cloves of grated garlic
• 1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar or Gruyere cheese
• 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
