Ingredients

• 115g, butter, softened, plus extra for greasing
• 115g, caster sugar
• 2, eggs
• 115g, self-raising flour, sieved
• 1 tsp, baking powder
• 20g, cocoa powder, sieved
• 100g, vanilla frosting
• A few drops, brown food colouring , until the right shade
• 250g, ready-to-roll white icing
• A small amount, icing sugar, for rolling and dusting
• 25g, ready-to-roll red icing
• A small amount, edible glue, for modelling
• A small amount, flower & moulding paste
• A small amount, black food colouring, until the right shade
• A small amount, yellow food colouring, until the right shade
