Mongolian Stir Fry recipe by Shaheda

Ingredients

• 1/4c oil (I used a couple tablespoons oh ghee (Clarified butter))
• 1 Cup steak or chicken cut into julienne strips (I used steak)
• 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ cabbage shredded
• 1&1/2 Cup carrots julienned
• 2 onions sliced fine
• 1 green pepper julienned
• 4 small tomatoes cubed
• 1/2 Cup soy sauce
• 1/4c steers peri peri sauce*
• 1/4c steers BBQ sauce*
• 1/2 Cup spring onions chopped
• 1/2 Cup dhania (coriander)
