This sandwich is inspired by a popular Korean street food called Gilgeori toast! With our own little twists.
Ingredients
- 4 slices extra thick white bread (We got ours at Aldi)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon sliced white cabbage
- 1 tablespoons sliced carrot
- 1 tablespoon sliced onion
- 1 teaspoon Ramen seasoning
- 2 nobs butter
- 1 tablespoon Kyubi Hot Sauce
- 1 ball Mozzarella
