Old Fashioned Ginger Snaps -- Bernadette Fergel

Ingredients

• 3/4 c shortening
• 1 c brown sugar
• 1/8 c blackstrap molasses
• 1/8 c mild molasses
• 1 egg
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp ginger
• 1/2 tsp cloves
