• 2 Tablespoons Unsalted butter
• 1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
• 8 Ounces Mushroom cleaned, halved
• 2 Tablespoons All-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 Cups Red Wine Stock (above)
• 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1/3 Cup Sour Cream optional
