• 1 ½ cup of rice
• 4 1/2 cups of water
• 1 ½ cups sugar or substitute as a no calorie sweetener
• 1 ¾ cups milk
• 1 ½ cups of sweet cream
• 1 1/4 cup condensed milk
• 2 tbsp NUMAR Margarine melted
• ¼ cup of Café 1820
• 1 lemon peel
