Ingredients

• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 4 oz panchetta, cubed
• 6 tbsp Amore Tomato Paste
• 2 tbsp Amore Chili Pepper Paste
• 3 tsp Amore Garlic Paste
• 3/4 cup vodka
• 1 package Amore Grilled Peppers, roughly chopped
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated, plus more for serving
• 1 lb Fusili pasta, or other short pasta
• salt and pepper, to taste
• Fresh basil, for serving
