- 3 cups rice bubbles
- 200 grams packet Tim Tams, chopped, plus extra to serve
- 200 grams milk chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 teaspoons powdered gelatine
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 500 grams cream cheese, softened, chopped
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 100 grams dark chocolate, melted, cooled
- whipped cream to serve
