• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• ½ lemon, juiced
• ¼ cup no salt added chicken stock
• 1 packet of IP Apple Oatmeal
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• 1/2-1 tsp of cinnamon
• ½ cup chayote squash
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 oz water
• 2 tsp grape seed oil
• 1 packet Ideal Protein Chocolate Caramel Mug Cake
• ½ beaten egg
• 2 tbsp Walden Farms Caramel Sauce
• 1 tsp grape seed oil
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 packet Ideal Protein Mashed Potatoes Mix
• 1/3 cup water
• Dried herbs of choice, seasoning to taste
