• 250 g chicken, chopped
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp flour
• 1 cup milk (about 240 ml)
• 1 cup butter chicken sauce (about 250 ml)
• 300 g shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese mix
• 200 g elbow macaroni pasta, cooked
• 100 g shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese mix
• 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
