- 1 medium onion minced
- 8 oz reg mushrooms sliced
- 8 oz Shiitake mushrooms sliced
- 2 cloves garlic about 2 tsp minced
- 3/4 cup plus 2 TBS Milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Cream cheese
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or ck broth
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp salt and some pepper
- 2 17oz tubes polenta cut into 1/2" slices
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
