Ingredients

• 8 oz (250 g) plain brick-style cream cheese, at room temperature
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream
• 1/3 cup (75 mL) chopped fresh basil, divided
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried oregano
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
• 1 pkg (125 g) Mastro® Sopressata, chopped, divided
• 1 cup (250 mL) chopped tomatoes
• 1 cup (250 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
• 3/4 cup (175 mL) shredded aged white Cheddar cheese
