Ingredients

• 1 1/2 to 2 pounds round steak
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1 medium onion, chopped into wedges
• 1 small clove minced garlic
• 1 green pepper and 1 red pepper, cut into strips
• 16 oz can diced tomatoes
• 1 TBSP beef granules
• 1 TBSP soy sauce
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• cooked rice
