Stuffed Pepper Casserole – WLDS

Ingredients

• 1 pound lean ground beef (I used 94% lean)
• 1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1 clove of garlic, minced
• 2 bell peppers, diced
• 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
• 1 1/2 t. Italian seasoning
• 3/4 t. salt
• 1/4 t. black pepper
• 1 T. worcestershire sauce
• 1 T. balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
