Special Sauce with Maple Syrup | Kids | Maple from Canada
Great for your favourite meat dish. Maple syrup and just three other ingredients combine for a tasty sauce that has something a little extra special.
Ingredients
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of butter
- 1 onion, minced
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of maple syrup
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of chilli sauce or 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of vinegar
- 1 packet of prepared demi-glace sauce (or 1 can of brown sauce)
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
