A quick, easy and stylish trifle to make during the festive season or all year round. Ready in only 30 minutes, it will become a crowd favourite in no time
Ingredients
- 2 x 300g all-butter Madeira cake
- 150g cherry conserve
- 3 x 390g jars black cherries in kirsch drained (we used Opies)
- 250g tub mascarpone
- 500ml tub fresh vanilla custard
- vanilla extract
- kirsch
- 600ml tub double cream
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 200g block white chocolate
