• 15 g flat leaf parsley
• 75 ml (3 fl oz) extra virgin olive oil
• 4 fresh Thai birds eye chillies, finely chopped

• 2 sirloin steaks, each about 225g and 2.5cm thick

• 1 tsp garlic granules
