Ingredients

• Chicken:
• 4 thin cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 4 T. flour
• 4 T. Parmesan cheese, shredded
• 1 t. garlic powder
• 1 t. salt
• ½ t. pepper
• ¼ c. olive oil
• 2 T. butter
• Creamy Garlic Sauce:
• 1 small yellow onion, peeled and chopped
• 1 head garlic, peeled and clove ends discarded
• 1 ¼ c. chicken broth
• 1 c. heavy cream
• ½ c. Parmesan cheese, grated
• salt and pepper, to taste
• 2 T. fresh parsley chopped
