Cinnamon Cookies with red Wine - My Greek Dish

Ingredients

• 450ml olive oil (1 and 5/6 cups olive oil)
• 180ml red wine (3/4 of a cup red wine)
• 90ml orange juice (1/3 of a cup)
• 90ml sugar (1/3 of a cup sugar)
• 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
• 1 1/2 flat tsp ground clove
• zest of 1 1/2 orange
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 kg soft flour, sifted (35 ounces)
• 2 tbsps brown sugar (optional)
• 80gr sesame seeds, roasted (1/3 of a cup)
