Walnut Pesto & Potato Pizza - Turntable Kitchen

Ingredients

• 2 cups of packed basil leaves
• 1/2 cup of walnuts
• 1/3 cup of olive oil
• 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese
• salt and pepper
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• pinch of red pepper flakes
• 1 ball of your favorite pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
• flour (for stretching out the dough)
• 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup of small potatoes, sliced about 1/2 inch thick
