Bobby's Macaroni Salad - Magic Seasoning Blends

Ingredients

• 1½ cups homemade mayonnaise (see below)
• 2 tablespoons Magic Pepper Sauce®
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1½ teaspoons Vegetable Magic®
• 3 cups uncooked macaroni, 1-inch long
• ½ cup + 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
• ½ cup + 2 tablespoons green bell pepper, chopped
• ½ cup + 2 tablespoons celery, chopped
• 3 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
