• 1 cup red candied cherries quartered
• 1 cup green candied cherry quartered
• 1 cup raisin
• 1 cup candied citrus peel
• 3/4 cups coarsely chopped pecans
• 84 pecan halves (about 3 cups/750 mL) optional
• 1 1/3 cup icing sugar
• 3 tablespoons amber rum
