• Cooking spray or 1 teaspoon neutral oil, for the baking dish
• 1 (10.5 oz/298 g) can cream of chicken soup
• 1 cup (240 g) sour cream
• 1/2 cup (120 ml) ranch dressing
• 1 (1 oz/28 g) packet ranch dressing mix
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 4 cups (560 g) cooked shredded chicken
• 1 1/2 cups (170 g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
• 10 slices cooked bacon, crumbled and divided
• 2 scallions, thinly sliced
• Optional extra ranch dressing, for drizzling
