BBQ Bacon & Cheddar Meatloaf – Arkansas Living Magazine

Ingredients

• 2 pounds ground beef
• 4-8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 6 ounces chili sauce
• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
• 1/2 cup crushed crackers (I use Club) or breadcrumbs
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
• 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
• Brown sugar to taste (optional)
• 1 bottle barbecue sauce
