- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 cups of plain spelt flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder or bicarb soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamon
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
