Ingredients
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1 sweet onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced, divided
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes, drained
- 2 TBSP tomato paste
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 container Ricotta, extra smooth
- 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese, save 1/4 cup
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, save 1/4 cup
- 1 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 TBSP dried oregano
- 2 TBSP fresh parsley
- 12 oven ready lasagna noodles
