After tasting the duck with cabbage and the version of roasted pork with sauerkraut, I want to show you another option - this time it's cabbage with ham hocks.
Ingredients
- ● Smoked ham hock 1 piece smoked or unsmoked ham hocks
- ● White cabbage 2 kg simple, raw cabbage, sauerkraut or a mixture
- ● White onion 1 piece
- ● Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- ● Paprika 1 tbsp
- ● Salt 1 tbsp
- ● Ground black pepper 0.25 tsp and other spices to taste
- ● Vegetable oil 50 ml I replaced it with some duck lard, I had it at hand
