Chocolate Cake recipe by Theretrokitchen

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 cup castor sugar
• ¼ cup cocoa
• ½ cup boiling water
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• ¼ cup oil
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup flour
• Add in your oil
• Add vanilla essence to your cocoa mixture and alternate into batter with flour and baking powder. Grease 3 round cake pans and equally distribute the batter
• 250g butter
• 300g icing sugar -sifted
• 2 tablespoon milk
• 2 slabs Lindt chocolate-milk
• 1 slab Lindt chocolate - dark
• Add in your melted chocolate and beat till combined
• Add in your milk and vanilla essence and mix well.
