Chocolate Cake recipe by Theretrokitchen

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 cup castor sugar
• ¼ cup cocoa
• ½ cup boiling water
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• ¼ cup oil
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup flour
• Add in your oil
• Add vanilla essence to your cocoa mixture and alternate into batter with flour and baking powder. Grease a regular cake pan and pour the batter in.
• 250g butter
• 650g icing sugar -sifted
• 6 tablespoon milk
• 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 7 tablespoon cocoa powder -sifted
• milk and vanilla essence and mix well.
