Ganthia Gourmet: A Twist on Traditional Dudhi Shaak

Ingredients

• Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

• 1 teaspoon red chili powder
• 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• 23 green chilies, slit
• 2 cups bottle gourd (dudhi/lauki), peeled and dice
• 1 cup ganthia (crispy chickpea flour sticks)
