Ingredients

• 1 kg ribs - wash out soak in water with some vinegar
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon red chili paste
• 4 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon gorimas steak ad chops spice
• 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
• ¼ cup spurs/steers bbq sauce
• 4 tablespoon honey
• 2 to 4 tablespoon Worcester sauce
• 2 tablespoon apricot jam
• crushed red chili
• salt ( taste first before adding )

• 2 to 3 onions sliced thick
