- 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 31 slices Pepperoni, divided
- 1 egg white (I used only the egg yolk - makes it shiny!)
- 1 drop each yellow and green food coloring, divided (I also used red)
- 2 manzanilla olives
- 1 cup pizza sauce
