Indian Potato Cakes (Aloo Tikki) - Meat Smoke Fire

Ingredients

• 600g potates, peeled and cut into chunks
• 2 tsp salt
• 4 spring onions, finely chopped
• 2 – 3 bird’s eye chillies, finely chopped with seeds
• handful fresh coriander, finely chopped
• 2 tsp ground coriander
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp ginger powder
• 3 tbsp breadcrumbs, panko or regular
• oil for frying
