Gingerbread Raw Hot Chocolate Mix –

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups raw cacao powder
• 1 1/2 cups coconut sugar
• 1 tbsp + 1 tsp ground ginger
• 1 tbsp + 1tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 3 slightly heaped tbsp gingerbread hot chocolate mix (see above recipe)
• 1/3 cup freshly boiled water
• 1/4 tsp blackstrap molasses (optional)
• 2/3 cup milk
