Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (I use 80% lean)
• 2 tbls Hickory smoked barbecue sauce
• 1 tsp dijon mustard
• Ground Chipotle pepper
• Sharp Cheddar cheese, sliced thin
• Lettuce leaves Ripe
• Tomatoes, sliced
• 6 Whole Wheat or whole grain sandwich rolls
