Snow Balls recipe by Sue

Ingredients

• 2 ¼ cups self raising flour
• 125g butter
• 1 cup castor sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 450 g mixed fruit jam
• ½ cup water
• Add the butter and work into flour wth fingertips to form breadcrumbs
• Add the 1 cup castor sugar
• Add the two beaten eggs
• Add vanilla essence
• Add pink food coloring .Dip balls into syrup place one half ontop of another half
