- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup apricot jam
- ½ cup water
- ¾ cup icing sugar
- Red colouring...boil together...dip cakes into syrup...and roll in
