• Vinegar 2 tbl sp
• Mustard paste 1 tsp
• Garlic powder 1 tsp
• White pepper 1/2 tsp
• Red pepper 1/2 tsp
• Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Maida = 1 cup
• Red chilli = 1/2 tsp to taste
• Black pepper = 1/2 tsp
• Garlic powder = 1/2 tsp
• Salt = to taste
• Corn flour = 1 1/2 tbl sp
• Rice flour = 2 tsp
• Egg =1
• Milk = 1/4 cup
• Chilli garlic sauce = 1 1/2 tsp
• Mustard paste = 1 tbl sp
• Mayonnaise = 5 tbl sp
• Burger buns 4
• Simple mayonnaise
• Ice berg or lettuce
• Chicken fillet
• Sauce (that V prepared)
• Cheese slice
• Tomato slice
• Ice berg again
• Cover with other half of bun
