Ingredients

• 2 TB Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
• 2 TB white wine vinegar
• 2 TB lime juice
• 1/2 tsp. honey
• 1/2 to 1 jalapeño, seeds removed & minced
• 1 tsp. Dijon or Spicy brown mustard
• 1 tsp. Kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp. black pepper
• 1/4 tsp ground cumin
• 1 handful of cilantro leaves, washed with stems removed
